RMC is hiring a Technical Configuration/Test Lead to support Data Analytics projects for our Navy customer in Indian Head, MD. The selected applicant's expected duties will include:
- Managing the technical development, maintenance, and testing of data analytics product configurations
- Managing all technical aspects of the data analytics products build, staging, testing and integration phases and processes
- Ensuring product integrity and delivery, managing technical resources and processes, and increasing efficiency
- Implementing configuration management processes and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Coordinating planning, tracking dependencies, and communicating with team
- Leading sprints and monthly technical meetings, preparing agendas, and providing meeting minutes
- Implementing version control processes
- Influencing technical decisions across data projects
- Understanding and managing basic concepts, and assisting in documenting configuration management processes and procedures
- Developing data analytics product Configuration Management SOPs and templates
- Developing and maintaining configuration management tools to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and delivery of data analytics products
- Supporting the preparation and execution of reoccurring Change Control Board (CCB) to include meeting agendas, technical discussions and meeting minutes
- Reviewing released CCB Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and data to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies
- Working closely with the organizational stakeholders and data owners/managers to ensure the proper configuration standards for data analytics products and documentation assets
- Ensuring compliance with applicable DoD/DoN and related directives, laws and regulations
- Continuing to expand knowledge, and stay up to date on the newest technology, trends, and best practices
- Maintaining configuration management tools to store, track, and managing configuration items
- Improving and optimizing the CM process and tools
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, or other relevant field and have at least four (4) years of recent experience in a related discipline. An Associate’s Degree and six (6) years of directly related experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree.
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required to start. The selected applicant may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $105,000 to $145,000 (annually).
