If you can answer yes, to much of the above, then have a conversation with us at Resource Management Group. We are a boutique executive search firm in Stamford, CT & New York City specializing in “Finance” oriented search, with a dedicated team focused on Chief Financial Officers. Our approach is doing search on retainer with our clients, allowing us to dedicate and commit the necessary resources, develop the strategy, and with a dedicated focus, deliver the right results in a timely manner.
Our clients include “iconic” Fortune companies, as well as “privately owned” and “private equity” owned businesses. We are industry agnostic and have a broad diversity of clients in the consumer products, food & beverage, professional services, financial services & insurance, healthcare, aerospace & defense, green energy (wind & solar), energy (oil & gas), and robotics industries.
Going on our 32nd year in business, we are comprised of a team of diversified and talented search professionals all working with a common goal of helping our clients identify and secure the best talent, to help them move ahead with their strategic business agendas. Yes, we act as “talent advisers” in assisting our clients to meet and exceed their business goals.
We are looking for:
- Recruitment professionals with 3-5 years of professional recruitment experience bringing energy and passion to their work and office; a drive to succeed and win on behalf of our clients. Someone who understands the importance of developing authentic relationships, can become a good team member and add value to our increasingly successful company.
- Your recruitment experience should come from either the professional services side of the business (contingency or retained search), or from the corporate side – working in an internal recruitment and/or talent acquisition function for a company.
- You understand what a good recruitment or search process looks like.
- We are not looking for wallflowers, but for professionals with a point of view, who possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You also bring the ability to evaluate talent against a client’s talent bar or benchmark. You possess competency/behavioral based interview skills, and are described as a good “active listener”.
- Technologically savvy. The world of tech/AI, and recruitment technology, is constantly changing. We always like to be aware of the recruitment tech landscape.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and mindset. We are not a bureaucracy! But a spirited team with members who have varying degrees and years of experience and are driven to succeed and deliver the right results.
- Someone who will gravitate to working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, where you have to manage your own priorities and your own time. You bring the right work ethic and “fire in the belly” to make an impact.
- Someone who cares about the candidate experience, who understands that they are an extension of their client.
- Someone who wants to further improve by continuous learning and development/growth. Always interested in sharpening and advancing their skillset.
- Possesses a work hard, play hard mentality. Has a fire in their belly to achieve their goals, to succeed, to win!
- Experience recruiting specifically in “Finance” is a plus, but it is not required. Experience working with Private Equity sponsors and portfolio companies is also preferred but not required.
*If you happen to have more than 5 years of professional recruitment experience, we want to chat with you as well. We are looking to add “talent” to our organization. Recruitment professionals who love what they do and do it well!
Most members of our team are in office 4 days a week. Because we want to, not because we have to. Our headquarters office is in Stamford, CT and we also have an office in New York City.
Send us your cover letter and resume in confidence and let’s see if we should get further acquainted.
