We are looking to hire an individual that has the experience and skills to achieve great results. The ideal candidate will have superior prospecting skills and a proven record in penetrating in to new clients.
- Looking for Business Development Executives / IT Sales Executives / IT Recruiters with 2 year experience
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- IT Staffing experience is a big plus.
- Function as a Hunter, identifying IT project-based work, IT staffing and Enterprise level IT consulting projects at SMEs
- Build strong relationships with *C` level Executives along with Directors of Technology, senior decision makers within the IT Service and Purchasing divisions at SMEs
- Must have good networking skills.
- Dynamic personality, outgoing and aggressive.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be highly energetic, self-driven, result oriented individual with 2 years of Business Development or IT Recruiting experience in Staffing.
- Compensation: Competitive Salary and Commission Structure.
