What the Human Resources Manager does
ReSOURCE has locations around the northern half of the State and reaches beyond the State’s borders through training programs. The Human Resources Manager’s main duties include-
· Benefits administration
· Staff Training: onboarding training & documentation
· O365 & Domain administration
· Recruitment events/job fairs
· Job postings
· Applicant screening & interviews
The Human Resources Manager will work with an HR Generalist, an HR Specialist and be directly supervised by the HR Director. The HR team is collaborative, friendly, and passionate about the work they do. This position helps build and maintain an inclusive and respectful work environment and collaborates to support departments that allow ReSOURCE to fulfill our mission. The ideal candidate will have the following skills/abilities-

- Previous HR experience (SHRM-CP or PHR preferred)
Work Schedule & Environment
Hours – 40 hours per week, standard weekday schedule
Location – Homebase is ReSOURCE’s Williston Office with one remote day per week once fully trained.
Compensation – $58,000- $62,000 annual salary dependent on experience
