Our client, a leading creative production company based in Los Angeles, is seeking a Locations Director to join their talented team. Position Overview
As the Locations Director, you will :
- Manage and lead a team of five (2 freelancers and 3 full-time staff) in the locations department.
- Oversee the organization, maintenance, and functionality of all equipment, ensuring it is in excellent condition.
- Serve as the primary client-facing representative of the locations team, ensuring outstanding service and professionalism.
- Handle the logistics of renting, tracking, and ensuring the return of all equipment in pristine condition.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with vendors and studios in the creative production industry.
- Lead the team in creating a positive, collaborative, and highly efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership :Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, fostering collaboration and high performance.Delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining accountability across the team.Equipment Management :Organize, maintain, and oversee all equipment, especially lighting gear.Develop and manage systems to track equipment usage, rentals, and return conditions.Client Engagement :Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain high service standards.Vendor & Studio Relationships :Leverage established relationships within the industry to support operational success.Negotiate and manage partnerships with vendors and studios for rentals and services.Operational Excellence :Streamline equipment logistics and processes to improve efficiency.Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain budget oversight.What Our Client Is Looking For :

Requirements :
