What are the responsibilities and job description for the Computer Build & Repair Technician-1st Shift position at ResourceMFG?
OVERVIEW:
The Test Tech is responsible for the troubleshooting, build/repair, and shipment of irrigation components and systems. The ideal candidate will be able to perform a variety of mechanical, electrical, and programming tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
? Ownership of order fulfillment from receipt to shipment. ? Provides service in the most time and cost-efficient manner. ? Maintain clear records of communications and project information. ? Directly process internal paperwork necessary to bill for services rendered and parts provided. ? Coordinate communications with GSP Production and Services Team ? Any projects assigned by the GSP Production and Service Center Engineering Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
? Requires 1 years of experience with hardware, software, radio, and other communication systems. ? Proven success in environments where attention to detail and organizational skills are required. ? Demonstrates structured approach to problem solving and adherence to operating procedures. ? Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. ? Team oriented.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
? Certification in soldering or other similar technical certification HIGHLY desired. ? Experience with Jira and/or other order management tools. ? Experience with process standards; 5S, six sigma, etc. ? Ability to develop, document, and execute repetitive business practices. ? Bilingual English/Spanish
