Customer Service Position
1st Shift
Mon-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Job Requirements
- 3-5 Years of customer service experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
- SYSPRO or other main line ERP
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately manage order processing in SYSPRO to include pricing, terms of sale, product, quantity, shipping, special instructions.
- Handle complex order issues according to department guidelines.
- Develops documentation for sales orders.
- Maintains system accuracy on sales orders to reflect realistic ship dates.
- manages customer files to include pricing, payments, delivery terms, vendor control, maintenance sheets, sample requests, etc.
- Maintain clean and organized workspace.
- Participates in inventory audits as required.
- Accurate recordkeeping and quality documentation.
