Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM $18.00-$23.00 Experience Needed : Administrative Assistant (preferably in HR) General knowledge of labor laws Scheduling : booking appointments, meetings, or events Microsoft Office (1 year of experience is preferred) Ability to work and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Computer expertise (MS Office 365 applications, in particular) Excellent organizational skills Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills Punctual, reliable, and ability to maintain confidentiality Position is 100% on site Cannot have a close relationship (related to, or cohabitating) with anyone working at DENSO in Maryville required-skills : High school diploma or equivalent required Prefer knowledge of HR software, like ORACLE and ADP Prefer 2 years of experience in employee benefit
