Location: Newnan, GA
- Loaders (Heavy Lifters Only): 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift,; $19 per hour
- Press Operators (Heavy Lifters Only): 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift; $22 per hour
Job Description: As a Loader or Press Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for loading raw materials into machinery, operating presses, manufacturing products, and ensuring the efficient production of our goods. This position requires strength, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Safely load raw materials onto machinery, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Operate presses and other machinery to produce high-quality products according to specifications.
- Safely use hand tools to put equipment and products together.
- Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or defects.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards of excellence.
- Assist with the maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work area as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
