What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate, Assembly position at ResourceMFG?
We are looking for a 1st & 2nd shift Production Operator I – Bradenton, Florida
Follow standardized work processes and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
Effectively carry out assigned tasks throughout the shift.
Responsible for packaging finished goods.
Assemble and staple packing boxes
Visually Inspect products to ensure quality and customer specifications throughout the shift.
Notify Lead if individual notices any issues with equipment on the production line.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift adhering to 5S practices.
During plant downtime this position assists with plant housekeeping and warehouse duties.
First Shift: Monday – Thursday 5:00 am – 3:00 pm – 10-hour shift/40 hours per week,
Second Shift: Monday – Thursday 2:30 pm – 12:30 am – 10-hour shift/40 hours per week,
Must be able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday if business needs require additional shifts.
Must physically work 40 hours to qualify for overtime.
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
Ability to read policies & procedure manuals
Ability to safely operate/use hand and power tools.
