ResourceMFG is seeking highly motivated and experienced candidates for a Production Associate position available in the Kinston area. This production associate position will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role with manufacturer after 3 months of demonstrating exceptional performance and attendance record.
1st shift positions available.
7AM-7PM
2-2-3 schedule
ResourceMFG’s production associate must be team oriented. Have amazing work ethic, attention to detail, and able to learn and rotate other roles in a fast-paced production environment when needed. Heavy lifting may be required.

Production position-Creeler- It is essential to be able to climb stairs with product weighing up to 40 pounds place on a peg, stand on your feet for 12-hour shifts and have the ability to use basic math skills for production issues.
