Minimum skill requirements:
Telephone & computer Skills, – Microsoft Office Knowledge, Excel, Word, Outlook, Professionalism, Organizational Skills, Multitasking, Verbal Communication – Bilingual (English Spanish) required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phone system (nine lines)
- Greet, welcome, and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrivals
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges
- Type manual checks and assist with any accounting-related typing tasks, including forms and Freight Bill (Accounts Payable)
- Key Purchase Orders (POs) in CCS for Plants
- Set up new vendors in CCS Plants and assist with maintaining Vendor Evaluation Forms (Small Business)
- Perform filing, send faxes, and make copies as needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Manage daily Accounts Payable emails, reviewing incoming vendor emails several times a day
- Assist in reviewing Accounts Payable batches
- Other duties may be assigned to support the accounting team
Physical Requirements:
- Must be physically able to operate a variety of office machinery and equipment, including computers, typewriters, fax machines, copy machines, and other office equipment.
- Must be able to use body members to work, move, or carry objects/materials.
- This position requires walking, standing, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, seeing, talking, hearing, and performing repetitive motions.
- Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
- Physical demand requirements are at levels typical for sedentary work.
