ResourceMFG is immediately hiring Wiring Tech assemblers for a company with a mission of promoting progress and sustainability for all. This position is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity.

Day Shift @ 5am Monday – Thursday  (Fairfield, OH ) -$20.00

Technical Assembler duties include but are not limited to :

  • Understanding how to operate and set up equipment including parts and controls.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods during your shift.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and sketches.
  • Understand how to set up and operate equipment, including tooling / controls.
  • Wearing all required PPE during shift such as, steel toe shoes, eyeglasses, metatarsal covers, gloves, etc.
  • Maintain all confidentiality regarding manufacturing processes.
