Requirements:
- 3 or years of experience in AI/ML concepts, focusing on Gen AI and LLMs.
- Proficiency in AI governance standards, including bias, fairness, and responsible AI usage.
- Experience in control frameworks such as NIST for compliance and risk management.
- Experience with audit and compliance testing, ensuring adherence to policies.
- Experience in data analysis to identify potential risks and control gaps.
- Experience with problem-solving and root cause analysis for issue resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct testing to ensure Gen AI tools comply with operational controls.
- Identify control deficiencies and gaps in AI tools and report findings.
- Assess inherent and residual risk for AI technologies and recommend actions.
- Analyze and interpret compliance test results for internal reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align compliance with business objectives.
- Provide recommendations for remediation of identified control issues.
- Communicate findings effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
