Requirements:
- 7 or years of experience in audit and control testing within financial services.
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance frameworks and risk management standards.
- Experience in conducting remediation assessments to address regulatory findings.
- Experience with cybersecurity and financial crime risk mitigation strategies.
- Experience in implementing and enforcing audit methodologies in complex environments.
- Experience with industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CIA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assurance testing to validate regulatory remediation efforts.
- Lead the assessment of corrective actions to ensure compliance with standards.
- Develop reports and recommendations for stakeholders on remediation progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external regulators to align compliance goals.
- Monitor and document regulatory obligations to ensure timely resolution.
- Advise leadership on security risks and controls across financial crime areas.
- Deliver presentations and training on regulatory compliance frameworks.
