CRM Project Manager

Requirements:

• 7 or more years of experience in managing large-scale IT initiatives and programs.
• Proficiency in stakeholder communication and collaboration with executives.
• Experience in IT Infrastructure and Development lifecycle management.
• Experience with cross-functional IT domains such as applications, cybersecurity, and generative AI.
• Experience in leading projects from inception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery.
• PMP or PMI certification is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

• Manage enterprise-scale IT projects across diverse domains like infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Oversee full-cycle project delivery for both development and infrastructure initiatives.
• Drive collaboration across teams to align IT strategies with business goals.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent project tracking, reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Contribute to IT transformation efforts, integrating new tools and methodologies.
• Monitor and ensure alignment of project outcomes with business objectives and IT strategies.
