Responsibilities:
- Provide daily system support to maintain and optimize supply chain finance platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve finance system-related issues in ERP platforms.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement system improvements.
- Conduct testing, training, and post-implementation support for new initiatives.
- Identify and address opportunities for process optimization in finance workflows.
- Manage project updates and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Work independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment.
