Requirements:
- 8 or more years of experience with large-scale (MIRP) state government projects.
- Proficiency in managing multi-phase technology projects from initiation to completion.
- Experience in risk management, stakeholder communication, and project governance.
- Experience with budget planning, forecasting, and financial tracking for large programs.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation for government projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the TCT Enhancement project through its transition to Phase III.
- Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and government stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
- Provide regular status reports and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and enforce best practices in project management.
