Requirements:
- Must have 4 or more years of experience as a Groupware Specialist.
- Must have experience in IT systems analysis, programming, and groupware technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including configuration, support, and monitoring.
- Experience in managing enterprise messaging and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Exchange.
- Experience with implementing and maintaining groupware applications for document sharing and team collaboration.
- Experience in evaluating and recommending software and hardware solutions for enterprise communication.
- Experience with engineering and deploying next-generation messaging clients and collaborative computing platforms.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders, end-users, and project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, support, and maintain Microsoft 365 services for enterprise collaboration.
- Implement and manage groupware applications, including messaging and document-sharing tools.
- Provide technical leadership in the design and development of enterprise communication solutions.
- Analyze business requirements to define specifications for groupware system enhancements.
- Evaluate and recommend groupware strategies, tools, and best practices based on user needs.
- Actively support and troubleshoot system performance, security, and integration issues.
- Lead and contribute to multiple projects, mentoring junior technical staff when needed.
