Requirements:
- 5 or years of experience in Agile & Waterfall IT Project Management.
- Proficiency in managing IT projects in the Property & Casualty Insurance sector.
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost reduction programs.
- Experience with JIRA, Smartsheet, Excel, and Microsoft Office for project tracking.
- Experience in stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and performance measurement.
- Experience with managing software development lifecycles, including testing & UAT.
- Experience in compliance, data privacy, and vendor security certifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile & Waterfall project execution from planning to implementation.
- Oversee vendor sourcing, selection, and management for IT solutions.
- Manage project metrics, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and ensure alignment on priorities.
- Organize and track project activities using JIRA, Smartsheet, and reporting tools.
- Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and compliance in vendor contracts.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and facilitate resolution of project conflicts.
