Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience as a IT Support/Help Desk Analyst.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical problems using established procedures.
- Experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 software and hardware support.
- Experience in analyzing faults and symptoms to restore routine technical services.
- Experience in root cause analysis and developing checklists for common issues.
- Proficiency in maintaining knowledge and call tracking databases for problem resolution.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and restore technical services by diagnosing faults and symptoms.
- Perform root cause analysis and create solutions for recurring problems.
- Develop and recommend procedures to prevent technical issues.
- Maintain knowledge base and call tracking systems to improve resolution quality.
- Work collaboratively in a team, sharing insights and assisting with calls.
- Offer guidance and informal training to customers on hardware and software usage.
