Requirements:
- Must have 8 or more years in software quality assurance, managing testing processes and QA standards.
- Proficiency in DevOps methodologies and CI/CD automation tools.
- Experience with test planning, script development, and execution across multiple systems.
- Experience in managing and leading QA teams, ensuring efficient workflows.
- Experience with enterprise architecture and large-scale system integration.
- Experience with data integration tools, including Informatica IICS and Snowflake.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead test planning, execution, and automation to ensure software quality.
- Monitoring, tracking, and reporting defects throughout testing cycles.
- Implementing QA metrics and process improvements.
- Overseeing software validation and compliance with IT standards.
- Mentoring QA staff and knowledge transfer initiatives.
- Ensuring system readiness for integration with financial applications.
- Provide reports on QA findings and collaborate with stakeholders on resolutions.
