Start Date : ASAP
Type : Temporary Project
Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting : 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work.
Required :
Availability to work 100% of t he time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
Experience with managing IT projects over the last 5 years.
Experience with the successful delivery of web application projects over the last 5 years.
Experience with managing large-scale vendor-based system implementations.
PMP Certification from PMI.
Preferred :
Experience with the implementation of cloud-based electronic file and pay systems.
Experience with managing the development of a customer-facing application project.
Experience with RSI's Government Premier SaaS tax solution.
Experience with change management processes and procedures.
Experience with integrating waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
Experience with the Florida Information Technology Project Management and Oversight
Standards - Rules 60GG-1.001 through 60GG-1.009, F.A.C.
Experience with ISO / IEC 20000 Information Technology Service Management
Experience with MS Office Suite, MS-Project
Experience with Microfocus PPM
Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO)
Experience with of JIRA
Experience with SAP and web application development technologies relevant to the project.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or other technology-related field
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
Manage all aspects of the eFile & Pay project across the enterprise.
Direct and manage all work for the project; monitor and control the project work and manage any necessary changes.
Define and manage scope and requirements; validate and control the scope of the project.
Plan, define, and develop schedules, activities, estimate resources and activity durations; monitor the progress of a project; compare actual performance against planned / scheduled performance; adjust schedule / resources to ensure that key milestones are reached.
Plan and identify quality requirements; perform all aspects of managing quality; control the quality of deliverables.
