Retirements Functional Manager

Requirements:

• 7 or more years as a Business Analyst/Project Manager.
• Experience as a Project Manager is mandatory.
• Experience with Pensions/Retirment is highly preferred.
• Experience with Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban is required.
• Experience with requirements gathering and gap analysis.
• Experience with acceptance criteria and use cases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and document the configuration and customization of product functionality.
• Covert the business requirements into technical system capabilities.
• Facilitate meetings with client SMEs and technical teams.
• Prepare test cases and support the QA team in product testing.
• Prepare and execute the production and rollout activities.
• Support and train end users and monitor project progress.
