What are the responsibilities and job description for the Healthcare IT Recruiter position at Resourcing HQ (RHQ)?
This is a full-time permanent position and it is 100% remote.
Resourcing HQ (RHQ) is an IT talent management firm whose purpose is enable our client's success through the identification and placement of exceptional talent. Our work focuses on information technology and related fields within several industries - from healthcare to high-tech to manufacturing.
We serve both investor-owned and privately held companies ranging in size from $3M in annual revenue to $12B . Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who have been individually selected to be a part of our team.
As a Healthcare IT Recruiter - Full Desk your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, evaluating and placing IT and other professionals in full-time positions and/or contract positions with our clients.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.
- Developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities
- Introducing our services via telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing Healthcare clients to expand the utilization of our services.
Qualifications:
- 3 years’ of business to business development/recruiting experience and/or working in a Healthcare IT-related field is preferred.
- Experience recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire Healthcare IT positions.
- Must have a strong desire to build a career in staffing focused on building lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
- A combination of business development and account management skills as well as recruiting skills are required.
- Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment, while maintaining a sense of urgency.
- Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive, self-motivated individual.
Salary : $3 - $12
