Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of medical equipment to clients.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and serial numbers.
- Develop and implement efficient logistics processes to ensure timely delivery of medical equipment.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of employees to meet operational goals and objectives.
- Analyze profit and loss reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
