What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Teacher - Mother's Day Out at Baptist Temple Church position at Respite Care of San Antonio?
Respite Care of San Antonio, a non-profit organization is currently seeking an Assistant Teacher to work with children with special needs and their non-disabled siblings at our Mother's Day Out (MDO) program.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years direct care experience and/or childcare experience
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass all background checks
- Ability to complete paid new hire orientation training
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Starting salary: $15.00/hour with consideration for education and experience
