As the Respondology Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling to our existing client base. You will work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to identify opportunities for expanding the use of our platform and additional products across your assigned accounts. This is a quota-carrying role, where your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Remote Role : If you do not live in our beautiful state of Colorado, we are open to 100% remote candidates in MA, FL, NY, NJ, IL, CA, MT & UT. Must be willing to travel to Boulder, CO approximately twice per year for on-site work with your team and fun!
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the VP of Growth and Director of Account to identify and execute upsell and cross sell opportunities within your portfolio of accounts
- Engage with clients to understand their evolving business needs and demonstrate how our solutions can address those needs.
- Work closely with the sales and Client Success teams to ensure a seamless transition of opportunities and coordinate on delivering maximum value to clients.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, clearly outlining the benefits and ROI of additional products and features.
- Lead the contract negotiation process for upsell and cross-sell deals as well as renewals.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars and client meetings in order to network and reinforce client relationships.
- Gather and relay client feedback to the product team, ensuring that our offerings continue to meet market demands and advocate for features that will increase likelihood of upsell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions with clients using CRM and provide regular reports on account performance, pipeline status and revenue forecast.
