Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and capabilities aligned with business goals.
- Architect, implement, and deploy enterprise-level omnichannel CRM and loyalty marketing solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and manage data flow for client marketing campaigns.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and strategic guidance.
- Collaborate across internal and client teams.
- Stay up to date with advancements in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and other Salesforce offerings.
- 10 years of experience in digital CRM, loyalty, and/or digital marketing.
- Extensive experience implementing automations and multi-touch customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Queries, Data Extensions, Email Studio, Content Builder, MobileConnect, MobilePush, Journey Builder, Triggered Sends and Automation Studio).
- Expertise in developing dynamic, personalized communications across email, SMS, and mobile push.
- Expert knowledge of AMPscript and/or SSJS.
- Strong background in SQL, relational data models, and data feeds.
- Experience integrating third-party REST and SOAP APIs into Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud REST APIs.
- Proven experience with multi-business unit tenants and Salesforce Core to Marketing Cloud integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including connecting Data Cloud to Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Core, and/or other Clouds and services.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams to develop business solutions.
- Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Postman.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator).
