The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this senior-level role, you will be instrumental in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform strategic decision-making for our clients’ CRM and loyalty programs. Your expertise in data analysis and marketing will drive actionable insights that optimize program performance and enhance customer experiences.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, uncover opportunities, and refine strategies that push the boundaries of what’s possible in data-driven marketing.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex data analysis plans, utilizing advanced statistical techniques and tools like SQL, Python, and R.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and reporting dashboards for various CRM and loyalty program KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, retention metrics, ROI).
- Create audience segments for use in A/B testing, marketing campaigns, and reporting
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for optimization and growth within client programs, driving measurable improvements in key metrics.
- Translate complex data into clear and concise insights, tailored for communication to diverse stakeholders (clients, internal teams).
- Create data visualizations using Tableau.
- Collaborate with client teams and internal departments to define strategic direction based on data-driven recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics, CRM, and loyalty marketing.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new data-driven solutions and practices within the agency.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within a marketing or CRM agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience using Python for data cleansing, normalization, and blending, and advanced statistical analysis.
- Proven ability to develop impactful business focused dashboards and visualizations using Salesforce Tableau.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce Tableau Prep and SuperMetrics to perform ETL tasks and blend data from disparate sources into one cohesive data set.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Salesforce Tableau Prep and SuperMetrics to seamlessly integrate and blend data from disparate sources into unified datasets.
- Deep understanding of relational databases and proficiency in using SQL to query, join, and manipulate data for analysis and reporting.
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics concepts and metrics, particularly related to CRM, life-cycle marketing, media, and loyalty programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex data-related challenges.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
