- Schedule, cancel, and change patient appointments.
- Check patients in.
- Enter insurance, run verifications.
- Review and respond to billing inquiries.
- Collect copays and balances due.
- Upload documents into EMR.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Make reminder calls.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent customer service experience is a must.
- Team-oriented, possess a positive attitude, can work well with others.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize; handle multiple tasks; and work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
