Responsibilities:
- Full-time availability required
- Conduct thorough roof/attic inspections and provide accurate repair/replacement costs - Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals/presentations
- Stay informed about our product offerings and discuss available options - Utilize the company's Cloud-based software for daily scheduling, documenting activities, and developing customer profiles
- Regularly meet with the Team Leader to review sales activities, progress, and the status of prospective customers
- Proactively generate a pipeline of self-generated leads through door-to-door, direct marketing, and networking activities
Compensation:
- 1st Year Reps: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for achieving results and exceeding goals
- Driven and self-motivated individual
- Prior sales/direct sales experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
- Construction/Roofing Industry Experience a MUST
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
- Basic computer and internet skills a MUST
- Ability to use and maintain the company-provided laptop/cell phone for customer appointments - Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Comfort with heights, as roof inspections are a requirement for this role - A fundamental knowledge of residential construction
- Basic computational skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $101,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
