About the Role:
We are seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist to join our team in Newbern, TN. As an EHS Specialist, you will utilize your environmental, health, and safety knowledge to assist in building sustainable systems.
This role balances the time between safety and environmental work. You will conduct and review safety audits, hazard assessments, and hazardous waste inspections, guide and participate in company safety team meetings, activities, and inspections.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment, a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental, Industrial Hygiene, or related field, and certifications such as Global Safety Professional, Associate Safety Professional, or Certified Safety Professional.
