General Description: Our company markets to property owners. Your job is to answer the phone when calls come in from that marketing. You’ll make the prospect feel comfortable talking to our company while gathering information about their situation to see if working with our company might be beneficial to their particular situation. If it is, then you’ll set an appointment for them to talk to me, the senior phone salesman. My job is to get into more of the specifics with the sellers and eventually gain agreement.
When the phone’s not ringing, you’ll be responsible for following up with older leads and generating new ones by making outbound calls and sending text messages.
Objective/Purpose: The purpose of this role is to make sure we’re maximizing every opportunity to connect with our prospects. The more we engage with our prospects, the more likely it is they will want to do business with us.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer all inbound lead calls immediately. If not able to answer - call back within 2 minutes
2. If no answer, call and text each day over the next 10 days.
3. Nurture relationships with the leads and gather relevant information to set an appointment with an acquisition specialist.
4. Set proper expectations with the leads so their experience is seamless
5. Engage in ongoing study and practice of the Sales Process
6. Keep the database organized, with each active lead assigned a next contact date
7. Cold prospect during downtime
8. Stay Well-organized
9. Strong interpersonal skills

- Sales experience is a must – Selling on the phones is a bonus
- A proven track record of success in sales, even if outside the real estate industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

- Sharp problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Accountability:
This position is held accountable by tracking:
Number of inbound calls
Number of qualified appointments set
Quantity of follow ups and success of those follow ups
Adherence to the sales process

Base Pay: $36,000 Year
An additional $20 paid per appointment set.
An additional $200 paid per contract signed from an appointment you set.

Pay: $50,000-$60,000 per year with commissions and bonuses
