• We have an opening for a full time BARISTA SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: 555 Mission - 555 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94105. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: 2 years of previous barista experience required.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

• The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
• The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables.
