Job Summary
As an Experience Manager for Restaurant Associates @ Bloomberg, your mission is to ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they step through our doors. Whether greeting diners, coordinating with hosts, or assisting with special events, youll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Each day will bring something new - one moment you might be setting up for a VIP event, and the next, assisting a guest with a special request. Your adaptability, attentiveness, and enthusiasm will help create a memorable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome arriving guests warmly and guide them to their tables or events.
- Stay informed about daily restaurant activities, special menus, catering events, and VIP visits.
- Collaborate with servers, hosts, and managers to ensure seamless service for all guests.
- Maintain the appearance and tidiness of guest areas, including dining rooms and waiting areas.
- Assist with large parties, private events, or group bookings.
- Provide support to team members during busy service periods, embodying a team-first mentality.
- Understand and uphold safety and security policies, ensuring compliance by guests and staff.
- Analyze guest feedback and trends, sharing insights to improve the overall guest experience.
- Offer suggestions for enhancing operations and guest engagement based on daily observations.
