Job Summary : This role will integral to the Firehouse Subs learning and development strategy. They will produce training analytics and maintain our learning management system (LMS). Specifically they will analyze data, create reports, support platform users, and update LMS platform.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Project Coordinating : Prioritize and advance several projects each week ensuring progress of both short- and long-term goals of training initiatives
- Reporting : Support Senior Manager of Training in creating, designing, launching, and presenting effective analysis of data with a tailored approach to a variety of stakeholders on a large-scale in the QSR industry
- Training : Provide training devices for end-users (i.e., job aids, modules, micro learnings) that support the adoption, use, and self-help guidance within the LMS platform
- People Engagement : Support Training Department and Senior Manager of Training in creating and managing content for multiple stakeholder groups that support restaurant operations, backfilling of content presentation, and fulfilling training department goals
- User Management : Support the Sr Manager of Training to control the flow, design, structure and organization within the platform; facilitate solutions for end users, and
- Communication : Converse effectively with internal and external teams regarding training needs and initiatives, manage reporting and tracking of specific courses, collect feedback on materials from stakeholders, and support back end of virtual classes
- Personality : positive demeanor, fast-learner, adaptable to change, organized, systematic, results driven, relentless focus on continuous improvement
