Popeyes is in the midst of an exciting transformation – as the brand begins to scale the components of the new and improved Easy to Run operating system into more restaurants across the country, this role will be focused on adopting a data-driven approach in leading projects that drive faster speed of service and more efficient, more profitable operations. An ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data – not just to extract actionable insights for operators but also to build robust business cases. In addition to driving improvements that can be measured quantitatively, regular feedback and positive engagement from franchisees and restaurant operators will serve as a measure of success for the projects under this role’s purview. This work is deeply collaborative and is done in close partnership with our Data, Analytics, Digital, Tech, Operations, and Field teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Ops Transformation, you will play a critical role moving Popeyes forward on our journey to deliver easy to run restaurants for our operators and easy to love experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive a culture of creative problem solving, constant testing and iteration, analysis, and learning to discover new and innovative ways to improve restaurant execution and the guest experience
- Engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and document innovative improvement opportunities that increase productivity, efficiency, or guest satisfaction at Popeyes restaurants
- Leverage data to inform experimentation and innovative ideas with the end goal of building well-defined business cases to support each workstream
- Troubleshoot and develop innovative methods to gather feedback on predominant sticking points facing our guests and in-restaurant teams to inform future roadmaps, product enhancements, and process improvement within restaurants
- 3-5 years of professional experience, with a QSR, operations, or analytics background being highly preferred
- Project management, communication, stakeholder management, negotiating and influencing experience with a track record of achieving engagement from cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience supporting the evaluation, development and implementation of operational improvements and operational metrics to enable standardization, compliance, and scalability
- Relentless driver of rapid iteration, always considering the end user experience (most often being the in-restaurant operators)
- Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously in a work environment that demands flexibility, adaptability and ambiguity
- Ability to operate effectively in both tactical and strategic capacities - you can comfortably adjust your altitude and roll-up your sleeves as needed
- Effective communicator, both written, verbal and through presentations; articulates concepts in a clear, structured and succinct manner, adjusted for the audience
- Extremely accountable to driving the right outcome - even if it goes beyond their role and scope
- Results-driven with bias for action and commitment to excellence; acts with a sense of urgency
