We are seeking an experienced Product Manager for our franchisee insights tooling. As a Product Manager - Insights, you will play a key role in defining the product roadmap and managing the development lifecycle to deliver franchisee insights across our international markets.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager for our franchisee insights tooling. As a Product Manager - Insights, you will play a key role in defining the product roadmap and managing the development lifecycle to deliver franchisee insights across our international markets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business objectives and franchisee requirements
- Define and groom change and feature request requirements to align with desired business outcomes.
- Work with Senior Product Manager & Engineering Manager to develop a long-term vision and strategy for franchisee technology
- Strong negotiation skills managing different business groups, field teams and franchisee needs. Must be able to balance requests from different stakeholders to ensure a tailored product experience.
- The ability and commitment to delivering high quality work within tight timelines.
- Provide updates to senior leadership, including the Vice President of Operations, senior field team leaders and franchisee groups directly as needed
- Facilitate broader stakeholder communication, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise. Strong organizational skills required to send these communications at appropriate times to support regions cross-time zones
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science or related field
- 3 years of product management experience in a software or technology company. Previous experience within the QSR industry considered an asset
- Experience in launching insights related tools to different types of users. Knowledge of restaurant operations and franchise systems considered a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solver mentality with the ability to use analytical approaches for key decision-making
- Ability to collaborate and influence different cross-functional stakeholders to drive product innovation
