Clean Eatz is looking for a certified trainer to assist in day-to-day operations and localized training at our Oleander Drive location in Wilmington, NC. Outlined below are the responsibilities that will be required but not limited to for the individual in this position:
Responsibilities:
- This is an hourly position that will require 35-40 hours a week.
- Training Clean Eatz owners and staff members on our food preparation policies and procedures
- Requires use of knifes and kitchen equipment to prepare and cook menu items
- Training Clean Eatz owners and staff members on our customer services policies and procedures
- Requires heavy customer service skills with an excellence in communicating our brand to new and existing customers as well as complete competency with our FOH technology systems
- Meeting with Training Director regularly to update training manuals and agendas
- Working in all available café positions to ensure high level of competency in all areas
- Experience in food service, preferably QSR, high volume
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in food handling
- Assisting with weekly inventory and deliveries
- Able to communicate effectively to ensure proper training is executed
- Able to work and thrive in a team environment
- High competency in following and delivering appropriate policies and procedures
- Flexible Schedule (days, nights, weekends)
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift 20 pounds
- Servsafe Certified
- Prior Management experience
- Understanding and experience with technology systems (R365, scheduling software, POS systems)
- Experience in a franchise environment
