Restaurant Manager - Private Events & Operations
Are you passionate about food, beverage, and creating memorable dining experiences? We’re seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage private events, train and lead a talented staff, and ensure seamless service 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Private Events Management: Coordinate and oversee daily private events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from planning to execution.
- Staff Leadership: Train, manage, and inspire the FOH team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Operations Oversight: Run day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening, closing, and managing service flow.
- Service Excellence: Lead service on the floor, assisting staff as needed and ensuring hospitality standards are met.
- Training: Provide comprehensive training on cocktail preparation, wine knowledge, and general service techniques.
- Beverage Program Management: Oversee bar setup and operations, assist with wine and beverage service.
- Administrative Support: Collaborate with the General Manager on tasks such as menu updates, POS programming, and inventory management.
- Reservations and Guest Communication: Handle reservations and guest inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of full-service restaurant management experience.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and building strong guest and team relationships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Flexible availability and a willingness to adapt to operational needs.
