Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Catering Manager to oversee and grow our catering operations. We take pride in delivering exceptional cuisine and service for private events, corporate gatherings, and special occasions. The Catering Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of catering sales, event planning, and execution to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement catering sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Manage all catering inquiries, bookings, and client communications.
• Plan and coordinate catering events, ensuring seamless execution.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to maintain quality and consistency.
• Supervise catering staff and ensure high service standards.
• Oversee budgeting, pricing, and cost control for catering operations.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies.
• Promote the catering services through marketing efforts and community outreach.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Catering Manager, Banquet Manager, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and fine dining service standards.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with catering software and event planning tools is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
