What You’ll Do:

• Manage all front-of-house operations across restaurant, tasting room, and event services
• Lead and develop a high-performing hospitality team with a focus on excellence and consistency
• Collaborate closely with culinary, wine, and event teams to align on vision and execution
• Maintain service and operational standards in a high-touch environment
• Oversee financial performance including labor, inventory, and cost controls
• Serve as a key leader and public-facing representative of the guest experience

What You Bring:

• 5 years in hospitality leadership, preferably in fine dining, wineries, or upscale event venues
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• A polished and personable demeanor, with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of wine and passion for seasonal, locally inspired cuisine
• Familiarity with scheduling, P&L management, inventory, and POS systems
• Calm under pressure with excellent communication and organizational skills
