Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager at our Farm to Table restaurant, Zynodoa. The General Manager will be responsible for all restaurant operations, P&L management, ensuring customer satisfaction, excellent customer service, budgeting, managing and hiring all staff. This role is located in Staunton, VA.
Qualifications
- P&L Management, Budgeting, and Hiring skills
- Experience in maintaining high levels of hospitality and customer service
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in restaurant management
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
