Job Summary
As an Account Executive at Restaurant365, you will be responsible for driving new business by selling our SaaS-based accounting and operations platform to restaurants and restaurant groups. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals, while building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the restaurant industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify Leads: Identify and engage restaurant owners, operators, and finance teams to introduce Restaurant365's value proposition.
- Conduct Demos & Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to the needs of restaurant businesses, showcasing how our software improves financial and operational efficiency.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Effectively track and advance opportunities through the sales funnel using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Negotiate & Close Deals: Develop pricing strategies, handle objections, and finalize contracts to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Build Industry Relationships: Cultivate relationships with restaurant groups, industry influencers, and technology partners to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales development, and customer success teams to optimize the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay Industry-Informed: Keep up-to-date with restaurant industry trends, challenges, and competitive SaaS solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or accounting/operations technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial workflows is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic sales environment.
- Ability to work remotely and travel as needed for customer meetings, trade shows, or industry events.
