Key Responsibilities
As the VP of Operations, your focus will be to :
- Develop and Implement Manufacturing Strategy : Ensure optimal product value, cost reduction, and on-time delivery to meet business goals.
- Foster Cross-Department Collaboration : Build and nurture strong relationships across departments to enhance operational synergy and achieve corporate objectives.
- Lead Strategic Planning : Drive the development and execution of initiatives that enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency across global operations.
In addition, you will oversee our global, multi-site manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams, including subsidiaries Glastron and MicroQuartz, while championing continuous improvement and team development.
