Key Responsibilities
As the VP of Operations, your focus will be to:
- Develop and Implement Manufacturing Strategy: Ensure optimal product value, cost reduction, and on-time delivery to meet business goals.
- Foster Cross-Department Collaboration: Build and nurture strong relationships across departments to enhance operational synergy and achieve corporate objectives.
- Lead Strategic Planning: Drive the development and execution of initiatives that enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency across global operations.
In addition, you will oversee our global, multi-site manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams, including subsidiaries Glastron and MicroQuartz, while championing continuous improvement and team development.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in management, manufacturing, or engineering preferred.
- Experience: 10 years in a senior management role in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment, with multi-site, multi-shift, and international experience.
- Expertise: Proven leadership in manufacturing, engineering, and materials management; track record of cost and process improvements; and proficiency in lean tools and methodologies.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building abilities; financial and budget management expertise.
