Restoration- Capture Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Capture Manager to lead our business development efforts.

MUST be experienced with FEDERAL , STATE bidding and Contracts opportunities .

he Capture Manager will play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to secure contracts.

Duties

• Lead the capture process for new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance market positioning and drive business development efforts.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
• Utilize Salesforce and other software tools for effective customer relationship management.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable contracts.
• Coordinate project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of proposals and responses.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to facilitate successful collaboration.

Experience

• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading initiatives from inception to completion.
• Strong background in business development, particularly within competitive markets.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
• Strategic thinker with the capacity for long-term planning and execution.
• Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $168,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities
