Job Description
The Business Development Manager drives growth for RestoPros of Greater Orlando, specializing in water, mold, and fire damage restoration. This role involves identifying, pursuing, and securing business opportunities while implementing strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, build strong client relationships, and stay informed on industry trends to seize emerging opportunities.
Responsibilities
Market Analysis and Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, trends, and competitors.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Analyze customer needs and market conditions to uncover new opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.Identify and engage with new clients, offering tailored solutions to their needs.Sales and Revenue Generation
Drive sales efforts to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.Execute sales plans to enter new markets and grow existing ones.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable agreements.Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Share insights with leadership on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.Networking and Industry Engagement
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build presence.Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices.Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (industry experience preferred but not required).Skills and Attributes
