Office Administrative Assistant – Part-Time (Potential for Full-Time)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at RestoPros of Hartford! This role is essential in keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring job statuses are updated, standard operating procedures are followed, and customer communication is handled efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Review and update job statuses in the CRM, ensuring accuracy in project tracking.
- Process Oversight: Verify that standard operating procedures (SOPs) are being followed in mitigation and reconstruction projects.
- Billing Support: Locate and update customer billing information in the CRM.
- Customer Communication: Email and call customers with updates on mitigation and reconstruction projects.
- Insurance & Collections: Make collections calls to homeowners and insurance companies and send out invoices.
- Documentation & Filing: Send documentation and estimates to insurance companies and maintain organized records.
- General Office Duties: Answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Damage restoration, construction, or medical assistant experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software (JobNimbus or similar is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
